When you have a problem at one of your properties, all you need to do is fill out a work request form and fax or email it to us. We have both formats available for you! Of course you are more than welcome to use your own work order form and fax or email it to us. If you don't want to fax or email, just phone us and we would be glad to take the information right over the phone!

Once you have faxed, emailed or phoned the work order to us, we will contact the resident to let them know we have received the work request and will schedule an appointment.

 

Some common problems include possums, birds or rodents in roofs, or wasps bees and ants in outside areas. The following will give you an idea of what we do in these situations:

 

Possums are commonly found in the roofs of suburban homes, commercial and industrial premises.

 

We conduct a thorough inspection of the building and identify entry points. This involves getting on the roof and checking everything! Once we have identified how the pests are getting in, we exclude them from the roof by way of a "Wildpro Exit Chute" this device enables possums to exit the roof but restricts them from re-entering. Where this is not practicable the offending animals are humanely trapped and removed from the roof. Once we have removed the problem possums, we will repair whatever holes or damage they have caused and we can perform any other repairs needed to prevent future re-infestations.
