Questions you should ask!
1. Are you properly licensed to provide wildlife and pest control services?
Yes, we carry all the necessary licensing and comply with all local, State and Federal laws.
2. Do you have the proper insurance's to protect my home or office?
Yes, we carry a minimum of $10,000,000.00 of general liability insurance and Work cover on our staff
3. Will you do an inspection to determine where the animals/pests enter our house?
Yes, we conduct a detailed inspection of your entire home including the roof, walls and sub-floor. This is done to locate all entry points, determine damage, and potential problem areas.
4. Can you check my roof space?
Yes. We identify visible damage to all areas within your roof including wiring damage and other potential problems or hazards.
5. Can you repair the damaged areas?
Yes. Areas most of the time. If we can't do it we will
recommend a qualified contractor who can. This is the most important part. It is the only way to prevent the problem from happening again.
6. What materials do you use to repair or prevent damage?
Typically we use steel mesh
or sheet metal to repair holes or flash corners. Most repairs are in hidden areas and the flashing is barely visible. If the repair requires a carpenter, we can arrange for one to complete the repairs. We use our specially designed custom
vent covers to screen vents. We use durable to screen any odd shaped vents. We also carry a variety of chimney caps or we can manufacture custom sizes.
7. Can you recognise and repair other potential problem areas?
Yes. If we see something that we think could be a problem in the future, we will bring it to your attention and let you decide if you would like us to repair it or not.
8. Do you guarantee your service?
All work carries with it a written guarantee of quality and longevity.
9. Do you have a guarantee on your repairs?
All of our repairs carry an unconditional five year guarantee!
10. What does your repair guarantee include?
Our repair guarantee simply says that if an animal gets back in through our repairs, we will remove the animal(s) and repair the original damage for FREE!
11. How do I know the relocated animals aren't coming back to my property?
Our relocation guidelines are in strict accordance with State and Federal Legislation.
12. If an animal must be put to sleep, what method do you use?
We use a humane method that is approved by the Australian Veterinary Association. This is unique in the local industry. Call if you would like more details.
13. How do I get in touch with my technician once trapping has started?
You will be given your technician's cell phone number. They answer their phones daily from 8-5:00. You may call at any time of day or night. If needed leave a
message and he/she will return your call promptly. You may also send your technician e-mail if you have a non-emergency question.
14. What if I just have a general question?
Feel free to call your technician directly, or call
your local office. We do not use an answering service so only qualified personnel answer the phone. They can answer any question you may have.
15. Will catches be picked up seven days a week?
Yes, someone is always working during the weekend. If you get a catch simply call and notify the person on duty. Trapping will proceed as usual.
16. If I get a catch how quickly can you respond?
We will make every effort to pick up your animal as quickly as possible.
17. Who checks the cages?
We check all the cages to ensure equipment is working at optimal efficiency.
18. What do you charge?
